Zumba is for everyone!
You do not need to be able to dance to Zumba®. Zumba® Fitness-Party nurtures the less co-ordinated and even self-conscious individual. Our classes are suitable for absolutely anyone, as long as you're moving your partying yourself to a happier, healthier you.
Burning up to 700-1000 calories per class, the fun latin rhythms and a few of the exotic styles of dance, salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, calypso, samba and many more will have you hooked within seconds.
Delivering Zumba Classes Monday - Thursday at various venues (studios) in Harborne, Northfield, Selly Oak and Kings Heath Birmingham UK, Sherene Flash is able to offer a range of different style classes to the general public. You can also hire us for events. Classes are intended to be rewarding, friendly and fun, encouraging participants to live a healthier lifestyle. Ditch the workout, join the party!

Sherene’s background and experience of dance and fitness is vast, having previously trained in Zumba® Fitness, Bokwa® Fitness, The Birmingham Youth Ballet Company and a Scholarship student to both Performing Arts Educational and London Studio Centre, including having over 15 professional years of experience in the commercial dance, theatre, TV, acting and fashion entertainment industry worldwide.
