Collector's item of a brass safe plate
This is a BRASS SAFE PLATE made by E. HIPKINS & CO OF KATES HILL DUDLEY, This safe I would expect was removed and may have been transported by a low loader so this might give the buyer an idea as to the age of the safe plate, hope this was of help.
The seller is not sure of the date made but as the safe was very old this might indicate to any budding collector
