Registered Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional Children's Home service based in the Hockley, Birmingham area. As the manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This exciting opportunity within the Senior Management Team will support a large home for young people with Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.
As the Registered Manager your day to day duties include:
You will be expected to maintain and improve on the already high standards in the home in line with the company's expectations
You will provide leadership, support and direction for the well-established care team and champion the Companys ethos.
You will also need to be able to work with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines
Liaising with outside agencies and stake holders
You will demonstrate professionalism and act as a role model for staff
You will take complete responsibility for the running of the service provision
An ideal Registered Manager must have these skills and experiences as they are beneficial for this position:
Wide range of experience as a child care practitioner
Managed teams in a residential setting
Able to show a can-do attitude always
Excellent communication skills
Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required
The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of up to £50,000 per annum + performance related bonus + £1000 welcome bonus. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 39 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
