With over 15 years experience in the Property Maintenance sector, Mikes Maintenance and Repairs is an established local business, offering All aspects of property services, from a Basic Handyman Service, to Painting, Plastering, Carpentry, UPVC fitting and repairs, and much more to Domestic and commercial customers throughout the Birmingham area. Established in January 2007, they have already gained a number of satisfied customers, including numerous private landlords, a letting agent, and domestic customers, the business is based in South Birmingham and offers Free estimates in the local area.

Mikes Maintenance and Repairs has an expanding group of satisfied customers, situated in and around the Birmingham area, including Homeowners, Tenants, Private Landlords, a Letting agency, Public house, and Internet Cafe. The business is owned by MiKe Lees who has worked within the Property Maintenance sector for many years. Having previously worked for a wide range of companies in the building sector both on an employed and sub contracting basis, He has gained a wide range of experience and knowledge enabling him to run the business with the ability, confidence and knowledge required.

Mikes Maintenance and Repairs is a member of The Federation of Small Businesses. With a variety of experienced and / or qualified tradesmen available and a basic handyman service, the business is able to offer a friendly and reliable range of property services from the smallest handyman task, to a full refurbishment to the local community and business customers. The services are designed to be flexible to each customers individual needs, enabling customers to have good quality work carried out by someone they can trust, and be happy to use in future and recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

Bathroom Fitting - From replacing a single item, or bathroom suite, to a complete bathroom refurb, we can do it all. Plastering, painting, tiling, fitting bathroom suites, or just replacing taps, as much or as little as you choose. We are happy to provide you with an estimate.

Plastering - We can provide experienced plasterers to cover all aspects of plastering and dry lining, from small plaster patching tasks and water damage repairs, to boarding and skimming entire houses. We can offer labour only, or supply the materials aswell, depending on the customers preference. We are always happy to come and view the work to be done, and will then send out a free, no obligation, written estimate.
