Graduate Advantage

Graduate Advantage is a government funded project specialising in linking West Midlands-based businesses to students and graduates from the universities in the area. We have been operating for the past 5 years with a proven track record in free recruitment services for businesses interested in taking on student and graduate placements anywhere between 4 weeks and 12 months.

We are currently looking for local businesses who would be interested in finding students and graduates for any placements or projects within the business - this an be anything as long as it offers a challenge to someone at graduate-level. Typical placements tend to be in business management, marketing, IT, web design, strategic planning, research, etc.

We cover the following areas - Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire & West Midlands Boroughs.
