We are a training company who understands the importance of putting back into the community with the insight to help others to help themselves. As our learners will need further education and work experience. We have developed several training and working programs which will give the learner an opportunity to understand and learn about what the employer and the market needs.
Our multi-skilled program is designed to give each learner recognized qualifications and create for themselves job opportunities or have an advantage to gain employment. After completion the learner will have the opportunity to gain the confidence to enter into the workforce.
The aim of our courses is to provide young, long term unemployed and inexperienced individuals with the necessary knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to take up employment and apprenticeships with the confidence and abilities that employers require.
Building upon and hopefully utilizing the government traineeships due to launch in the next academic year aimed at disadvantaged young people and also offering the same opportunity to individuals outside this bracket in order for them to progress into the workplace.
