B1 Smart business travellers and chic Brummies love this stylish restaurant, tucked away inside the Crowne Plaza hotel in Birmingham's Central Square. Recently refurbished, the jazzy interior at B1 – complete with shimmery pearl-coloured velvet seats, red lanterns and chocolate brown curved wooden booths – is a hushed, luxury spot for business dining and dates. Located on the ground floor, B1 has superb city views, and the hotel – which is perfect for corporate events and private parties - also has a great cocktail bar perfect for pre-dinner drinks.
